- To take responsibility of a University Basketball Team and ensure progression and development trough effective coaching
- To plan and deliver coaching session
- Coaching and leading University Basketball Team
- Providing feedback and give advice on players performance
- Cooperate with Performance Manager
- To comply with values and philosophy of University
- To help in organization of future events
